Dr. Theodore Dec

Dr. Theodore Dec pursued his passion for health and wellness at Rutgers University-New Brunswick earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2018. He furthered his education at the University of Bridgeport and worked at the Community Health Center in Norwalk, providing care for hundreds of underprivileged people within the community. He also worked as a chiropractic assistant for DeStefano Chiropractic & Associates, the Chiropractor for the New York Giants, in Hackensack, NJ. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2024. He is currently obtaining his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician certification to further help his patients and athletes become pain-free and achieve their goals.
